- Check and clean air filter

Blower chemical wash
- Take out blower and chemical wash blower (not applicable to some model)
- Check and clean air filter
- Check and clean fancoil
- Check and vaccum water tray
- Check and clear drainage pipe

Chemical overhaul
- Disconnect electrical wiring and drain pipe at fancoil unit
- Dismantle unit from the wall
- Dismantle electrical circuit board, evaporator coil, drain pan, fan motor and fan blower
- Brush surface dust off electrical circuit board and fan motor
- Evaporator coil, drain pan, fancoil front cover, fancoil body, fan blower to be chemically washed.
- Alkaline chemical used to prevent corrosive effect to unit
- Flush above parts with water and inject chemical solution
- Chemical solution will react with water to cause a forming process that will extract dirt trapped deep inside the parts.
